Hello, I go to swap the FLM in my flamingo dashboard and my 03 wallet does not show the amount of FLM I have on the Flamingo dashboard. What should I do to fix this?

Thank You Caroline, I refreshed and it did end up showing my rewards. I had to click out of the wallet info to settings back to the wallet and it showed the new total. Seems to be the fix, hope everyone is well!
