Hello Sir ,

I am holding ONT and had accumulated ONG around 0.24 ONG but instead of " Claim " button… I am getting " sync now " button … Where. Click on " Sync now " button… It takes around half an hour but still blue circle moving … . Please help … !

i have ONT GAS AND NEO
They all have number of tokens mentioned and I am able to claim Gas. I have about 8 ONG which keep increasing but in the portfolio there is no mention of any. Only mention when claiming.
What can I do.

Just sent you some ONG, you need to have it to pay for the network fees. They have to be paid on every transaction including claiming and since you didn’t have any you could not claim.

Please try claiming again now!
