Hello, I updated my O3 wallet app to version 2.2.0 at my iPhone (iOS 12). But now the app is crashing down, when I will log in to trade with switcheo. So I can not withdraw my coins to my O3 wallet. What can I do? Thank you very much!

The update is already live since last weekend, you should be able to use the app without crashing now if you update.
When I click on the wallet tab, the app crashes after a couple of seconds. It has been like that all the time in version 2.2.0.
We have a newer version 2.2.1 available on the App Store. Can you update and try again?
For some reason the app store did not notify me of a new version, perhaps because I had the beta version installed. Thank you, it works now!
