Can't claim NEO GAS?

I hold plenty of NEO, always been able to claim in the past. For a week or more now just says:

“To claim GAS you need to hold NEO.”

which version do you use? mobile or desktop. Please update to the latest version from our website or app store.

If it still has an issue, please provide your address then we can check. thanks

Cheers, for whatever reason re-downloading the wallet and re-installing it allowed me to claim GAS again.
