Created and accessed O3 wallet with Ledger ONT wallet. Went to redeem NEP-5 with a required Ledger signature and O3 wallet gives an error of “Transfer not accepted. Please make sure you have the correct Ledger app open.” Also now can’t send NEP-5 to another address, but can access the wallet with the Ledger. How is it possible to be able to access the wallet with the Ledger but not be able to send? Please fix ASAP since I need to redeem my NEP-5 before the deadline.

You should be able to send. What app are you using on the ledger when trying to send the NEP-5 ONT?
Please make sure you have the latest versions of the O3 and NEO Ledger applications.
