I tried to send it after trying to connect to all networks, but it was all an error
I assumed that you are on Android. Please check the network in Settings > Network.
Make sure to connect to the node that is not display in black and try again? ( this process is done automatically but the connected node can be out of sync a block or two sometimes)

There is an issue with the NEL API we are using.
