I’m very sorry but to get straight to the point, there is nothing we can do for you.
Unfortunately your private key is the only thing that can get you access to your wallet, and nothing is stored on your device for security reasons. This is why we try to have users back up the private key when they create the wallet.

You can see what transactions you have made for which currencies, but you cannot get them back.
If you want to check your transactions, please go to www.neoscan.io and fill in your wallet address in the search bar. That will show how many tokens you have, and which in and outgoing transactions you have had.
