Hi, did you back up your private key?
You can import with the private key and then re-create the password.

I lost my money on O3 Wallet how i get back, i hold BNB in O3wallet, but now i can not see my money,

Hi, I’ve got the same question - for the life of me, I can’t remember what passphrase I used when I set it up a couple of weeks ago, and now I can’t open up the private key. Is there anyway to reset the password, if you also can’t remember where the private key is saved? Thanks. Chris

Hi,
If you haven’t backed up your private key or mnemonic elsewhere, unfortunately, there’s no way to get your wallet or the password back. But if you are using the mobile wallet, try to find turn on the fingerprint in Settings and display the private key using your fingerprint, which probably works.
