Hi, hopefully you can help me with my problem.
I have gas, and I’m trying to send DBC from the O3 iOS app.
When I do, it asks me to confirm and then requires finger print recognition.
As soon as I do this, the app crashes back to my home screen.
The transaction doesn’t go through.
Can anybody help please?

I think you might be on an older version of the app.
Can you go to the app store and update to the newest version?
If it doesn’t work, please let me know what phone you use and what version you’re on.
I am also having the same issue with ONT.
Asking for finger print… then crashes
it says I have downloaded latest version

I am using the latest version of the application. There are no updates available. The app shows Version 1.4.1

I have just tried it again just incase, and it does the same thing.
I must have tried 20 times now.
