Ledger not working with Staketology

Hi
I’m trying to use my ledger to access my Staketology app but it’s not connecting. Box in the bottom right says Ready but there’s no connection. I’ve updated O3 to 2.1.4 and updated ledger through ledger live and restarted pc.
I’ve tried logging in to a separate O3 wallet using a password and that works but not when using ledger.
I’m now running out of time to Stake before the next round. Please advise
