Sorry but it’s just a matter of your wallet not showing the correct amount. Please try to put your wallet address in neoscan.io and you can see your NEO is still there. We are working on this issue and will get it solved asap.
The issue has been fixed. You don’t need to update the app. Just pull to refresh or restart the app.
