Neo3 Wallet address unable to accept NEP-5 gas

I opened two wallets one for NEO legacy, the other for NEO N3. I was able to transfer GAS to my NEO legacy wallet, but my NEO N3 wallet is unable to receive GAS transferred from Binance (address error message/ incompatible). Hope to get help on this problem. Thanks

Hi Bernardq, currently Binance does not support N3 network. You can transfer gas to Neo Legacy first, and then migrate it to N3 network(which takes time), or you can wait for an official annoucement when Binance is compatible with N3.

Hi, Caroline, thanks for your reply. I have already transferred Gas to Neo Legacy Wallet (in O3), but how do I convert this Legacy Gas (NEP-5) to N3 Gas? Is this possible yet? If yes, what is the method to do this migration of NEP-5 Gas to N3 Gas? Thanks again

Hi, legacy gas can be transferred to N3 network by migration as well, and it is irreversible. If you want to transfer gas, please test with a small amount through migration and check if it works.
