I have been using the O3 wallet for a few weeks now without problems but today I logged in with my Ledger Nano S, as always, with the intention of claiming my ONG, as I have done many times. I have a healthy ONG balance but there shows no unclaimed ONG and the sync button, which until today has always been there, is absent. Is this a wallet bug or some kind of error?
Is there a universal address to send ONG to for the purpose of claiming ONG?
I have the same problem.Used o3 wallet about 3 weeks and everything was good.Today i loged in and i cant see how much ONG was created and also cant claim.
Hello, I’m not sure what the issue is there, but can you both try to send 1 ONT to your own address?

Hello, sorry we found the problem. Ontology changed their API without us knowing. If you download the latest version of the desktop wallet it should be solved. Please download from: https://o3.network
Updates from Apple and Windows app stores will follow, they are currently under review by Apple/Microsoft.
