Currently, we are working with the Ontology team to solve the problem with ONT/ ONG. It will be solved soon. The not claimed ONG is not lost, it accumulates and could claim when the problem is solved.

Any updates? I can’t see ONT on the O3 wallet, and cannot access Stakeology through it.
Any help would be very much appreciated!

In the new version, we separate the Neo wallet and Ont wallet. Users need to re-import to Ont wallet for ONT/ONG transactions which is the same private key with Neo.
