Not sure what happened, but I went ahead and pushed claim, but it never did. Closed the app, reopened it and there it was asking to claim it again? Tried a few times, same thing same tokens not claiming. Is it still accruing even though I can’t see it?
I assume you do not have any ONG in your wallet. There are network fees on Ontology so if you are unable to pay them you cannot send/claim. Please check this topic: Fees for ONT/ONG sending and ONG claiming

Hi Arco, I have the same issue about the counter resetting however I do have 0.010644 of ONG claimable, it’s been stuck on the same amount for days, please help

It doesn’t matter how much claimable ONG you have, if you don’t have the ONG to pay the network fees you cannot claim. Please check the posted topic above.
I can send you some ONG if you send me your address, then you can get your first claim started.
