Currently the NEL API we use is running behind on blocks due to an error.
It is currently resyncing to the latest block, but it is probably going to take another day to catch up.
In the meantime it won’t be possible to send tokens or claim GAS. If you really need to send tokens urgently we suggest you log in to NEON wallet and send from there.
