Sign Transaction on Ledger not showing up

When trying to send ONT I am getting message “Please sign transaction on Ledger”, the ledger is not giving me the sign transaction option, nothing happens.

I have followed all these steps from another post on support. Please advise.

"Can you please close the O3 app completely? (right click the O3 Icon and click quit both in task bar and on the right bottom ^ menu)

After that, please disconnect the ledger completely.

Please make sure you have the latest version of O3 Desktop installed (https://o3.network ), version 2.1.4. Also make sure your ledger firmware and Ontology ledger app are up to date.

After that, connect your ledger, unlock it and open Ontology app. Next open O3, and try again. If that still doesn’t work please let us know."

Hi there,

Can you just double check the version of the app? It should be 2.4.4.
If you are still on 2.1.4 that might be the issue.

Also sometimes I have the same issue but it seems on the ledger side, it doesn’t always bring up the transaction details on the ledger screen. What I usually do then is disconnect and reconnect the ledger a couple of times and then it works…
