My o3 wallet sees everything in my Ledger Neo wallet but when I try to send ONT for token swap it hangs up. Won’t give me a signing prompt. I disabled my Norton’s firewall and it left the o3 wallet to spin indefinitely but I never got a signing prompt. What can I do?
Hello, just to be sure, do you have the latest version of the desktop wallet, and the latest version of NEO ledger app on ledger installed? Also, make sure you are on the NEO app when sending and not on the Ontology app.
Yes, yes, and yes. I had a similar problem with the Neon wallet, which is why I just got the o3. Neon used to work perfectly but no longer.
