Why can't make transfer from my O3 wallet?

I can’t use my wallet to send coins only can receive! When I try to send my coin to other address,it failed and reminder is “unknown fault”. I tried many times but still can’t send? What`s happening?

I can’t get backup copy of my mnemonic words.I checked it but can’t be shown. If I upgrade my wallet, does it mean I need to type my mnemonic words to get into my wallet? But now I can’t see it in my old version wallet. What should I do now?

you can back up your mnemonic, private key, or Keystore via enter the password. however, if you didn’t import by mnemonic, you will not see the mnemonic. So backup your keys and update to the latest version for APP store. Usually, you don’t have to type mnemonic when update.

And the other important thing is locked O3 (from airdrop or staking rewards) is not able to transfer
