Transactions on NEO are quite fast and normally should take no longer than 30 seconds to confirm and show up in your wallet. But some exchanges manually control and approve in- and outgoing transactions. This means that transactions from/to an exchange could take a bit longer than normal. For most exchanges it still should not take much longer than 1 hour, but if nothing shows up even after 12 hours we suggest you contact the exchange directly and ask them. Unfortunately we cannot control what these exchanges do, so we cannot do anything about how fast the tokens show up.
