App close when I try to transfer Neo to an exchange

Also can you try switch off Wifi if you are using wifi?

I am using iPhone with the current version of O3 wallet, I am able to send Neo now I cannt transfer ONT to exchange and also ong claim is not working.

Hello, it’s probably because you don’t have any ONG. There are network fees for Ontology, please read this:

Fees for ONT/ONG sending and ONG claiming

Please note that when making a ONT/ONG transaction or when claiming ONG you will be charged with a 0.01 ONG network fee. This network fee is set by Ontology and can not be changed. This means that if you do not have any ONG yet you can not claim or make transactions. When you do have ONG and are about to claim, make sure the claimable amount is higher than 0.01 ONG, otherwise you pay more in fees than what you will receive. Also please make sure that you always have 0.01 ONG left to pay for the…
