“Error trying to send” when syncing Neo Gas

I often get this message when tapping the sync button for neo gas. I haven’t been able to claim for a few days now. Is something up with Neo still, or is this a bug?

It might have to do with your wifi settings, can you see if it makes any difference when you are on regular cellular network? If that doesn’t work, can you send your wallet address, here or through support@o3.network
