Hello, to do this please download the desktop wallet from the apple app store or windows app store or from our website directly. Next depending on where your 2nd Airdrop is located (ledger or existing NEON wallet?) please use this guide to import your wallet to O3 desktop:
Since the 2nd Airdrop was on Mainnet, you should already have access to the ONT just by importing your wallet to O3.
