Japanese language support

Hi there, just want to know if O3 has a dedicated support team for Japanese customers.
My friend ran into some issues with the wallet,
I wanted to help her, but I find it difficult due to the language barrier.
I did hear her say something about the ‘passcode settings in the device’.
Can anyone please provide me their support email address? Thanks.

Passcode settings issue, I believe it’s because the devices itself doesn’t have a passcode set. Setting one should fix the problem.
