I made a transfer of 12 NEO from my Kucoin wallet, to my O3 wallet.
On Kucoin it says it’s processing, still nothing in my O3 wallet

Exchanges can sometimes take a lot longer than usual with transferring funds especially when there are a lot of transactions on NEO. I assume it has come in by now, but if not please send over the tx id and your wallet address so we can check.
