im not sure if o3 has anything to do with aphelion exchange, but I transferred neo to my aphelion wallet and traded for NEX tokens. the order was 100% filled, but I se no NEX in my account… can you please help me with this? thanks…

I’m sorry but since the trade was made on aphelion, your best chance is to ask aphelion. Most likely your tokens are still in the trading contract like on switcheo, so you still have to withdraw them. Not sure how that works on Aphelion though, sorry.
Thanks so much for getting back to me so quickly. But that team won’t even get back with me. I would at least like to know what I did wrong so I don’t make the same mistake again. I have traded on the aph exchange before with no problems.
