Hello,
If you get a new phone, you need to export your private keys/encrypted keys, and then reload them into your new phone. The simplest way to do this is by going to the settings, security center, and then backup to email, google drive, or any other service you use. The export/backup function gives you a QR code that you can scan and then together with your passphrase (make sure you remember this before deleting your old wallet) you can open your wallet on your new phone.
You can also make a new wallet on your new phone and send all assets to the new wallet of course.
