Using Ledger I tried to claim the ONG in my NEO wallet. After clicking “Sync Now” and signing with ONT key ,0.01 ONG fees disappeared and the ONG are still unclaimed. Why?
Hello, claiming is part of a two part process, syncing and claiming. And each costs 0.01 ONG in fees. If you click ‘Claim’ now you will receive your claimable ONG (and 0.01 ONG will be deducted again as Ontology network fee).
