My ONG was accumulating but has now been at the same value for at least a few days.

No it’s because you already synced. Once you sync it fixes the claimable amount until you claim it.
In the background it’s being generated again, that is called the ‘unbound’ ONG. You can see both if you want on explorer.ont.io by inputing your address. So until you claim, the amount will show the same.
