Swth unable to send from O3

Hi , my O3 version v 2.5.2 , , I withdraw from switcheo back to O3 and I try to send to demex exchange for staking but swth was not reflected in the send option,.
My swth had been swap at demex previously and withdraw back to O3 , now wanted to withdraw back to demex found unable to. Please help thanks
