Hi,

Didn’t you confirm the transaction details and the address when you tranferred? If you mean you’ve transferred your money to a wrong address, which is not yours, I have to say that once the money has been transferred, we cannot do anything with it.

In June, I made a transfer from O3 to binance. But since binance doesn’t have this token they gave me the transfer back. But, they didn’t do it for my wallet, but for the wallet I think is the O3 Token:

Hi,

That is understandable. We already let the dev to check this address, but it turns out that it is not our address and it may belong to Huobi. That’s not related with our side, and we think you need to go to Binance or Huobi to check it. Good luck!
