Ontology network requires 0.01 ONG as a transaction fee. When you make a transfer on its network. 0.01 ONG will be used as a transaction fee.

Looks like it’s for an ONG claiming (syncing). Claim ONG contains two parts. Sync and the actual claim. Sync is to send any amount of ONT to the same address to help the network calculate how much ONG you can claim and also make it claimable.
